Electrician and Lighting Systems Technician

Lighting Maintenance Inc is actively seeking skilled electricians and lighting systems technicians to enhance our workforce. Our company focuses on the upkeep, repair, and installation of diverse lighting systems.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Completion of high school or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work.
  • At least 1 year of experience with roadway lighting systems.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating bucket trucks.
  • Completion of OSHA 10 safety training.
  • Intermediate understanding of work zone safety protocols.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Capacity to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, with flexible scheduling.

SKILLS:

  • Proficient in identifying conductor colors.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Skilled in the use of power tools.
  • Capable of trenching with appropriate tools or equipment.
  • Adherence to safety procedures and policies.
  • Proficient in operating various tools and equipment.

PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Capability to lift weights up to 51 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders safely.
  • Good vision is essential.
