Lebanon Nursing & Rehab is in search of a Full-Time Registered DietitianThis role operates Monday through FridayWithin the nursing facility, the Dietitian is accountable for the overall nutritional care of patients/residents, ensuring quality control, modifying diets, creating nutrition care plans, and maintaining documentation. Position Highlights:

• Advise the Nursing Home Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Food Service Director on all clinical aspects of nutrition care, adhering to all standards set by relevant regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to formulate nutrition care plans for residents/patients.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of nutritional interventions.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of nutrition assessment tools, recommended interventions, and follow-up actions.
• Address nutrition-related concerns with all members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide dietary instruction and education for residents/patients, their families, and/or caregivers.
• Oversee all facets of the nutrition care delivery process to guarantee clinical excellence.

Qualifications:

*Registered and/or licensed Dietitian, as mandated by the state of employment. *Prior experience in a healthcare environment or as a consulting dietitian is preferred. *Experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
