Experienced Tradesperson

Crown Commercial Construction seeks a skilled Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the project manager to construct, install, and repair various structures and fixtures.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
• Measure and calculate material requirements for each project
• Work with a variety of materials, including metal stud, drywall, doors, frames, hardware, and acoustical ceilings
• Inspect products and perform repairs or maintenance as necessary

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Carpentry program completion at a vocational school or apprenticeship preferred
• 2+ years of professional carpentry experience desired
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and construction
• Proficient in using electrical and hand tools, as well as measurement tools
