We are seeking a compassionate and skilled leader to join our team as Group Home Director. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of caregivers, provide guidance and support, and make decisions regarding staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Caregiving and Support: Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration, personal care, and emotional support, as needed.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of group homes, manage supplies and inventory, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with residents, caregivers, family members, and other stakeholders, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in caregiving, management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
