Grimaldi's Pizzeria Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team at Grimaldi's Pizzeria. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of beverage quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area and ensure bar equipment is functioning properly.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Restock bar inventory as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a bartender.
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
  • Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and cash handling.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
