North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a per diem RN to join our team at our nursing home in Pontotoc, Mississippi.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our nursing home setting. As a per diem RN, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule, choosing from a variety of shifts to suit your needs.
Responsibilities- Provide safe, quality patient care using the nursing process
- Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic care to patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain competency and stay current with changing trends in nursing practice
- Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
