Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at RichSmith Management. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service to residents, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and provide information to prospective residents.
• Assist with the application and leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience for residents.
• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available units, leasing specials, and property amenities.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute resident events and community-building activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
