About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their nutritional needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment implementation.
  • Education and Training: Participate in education and training initiatives to enhance your skills and contribute to the development of departmental education efforts.
  • Documentation and Billing: Accurately document patient evaluations and treatment sessions in the electronic medical record and ensure accurate billing charges.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in nutrition or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Credentials: Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or RD eligibility with successful registration within 6 months of hire date. Temporary Florida licensure is required if not currently licensed in the state of Florida.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
