Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced truck driver to join our dedicated fleet. As a dedicated truck driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight on a set route, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a tractor trailer on a dedicated route, hauling freight to various locations
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of freight, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, including daily trip sheets and other documentation
  • Collaborate with other drivers and company personnel to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of OTR tractor trailer experience within the past 10 years
  • 6 months commercial experience in the past 2 years in a sleeper truck
  • Verifiable military driving experience will be considered if a driver also has 9 months OTR experience
  • Good driving record and stable job history
Benefits
  • $1250 min. weekly guarantee
  • Recent weekly average is at $1459
  • .60 CPM
  • $30 per stop
Company Culture

We are a great fleet with very little turnover, offering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Our drivers will get set routes eventually, but at the moment we need them to be flexible. We run in the MW, CO, and Mobile, AL, and drivers will leave out on Sunday afternoon or Monday and be back home on Fridays.

Equipment

We offer newer automatic trucks, all with inverters and APU's. Full benefits in 90 days, including a 3-day orientation in MN with a private hotel room. We will provide a company-paid plane ticket or reimburse for gas and/or car rental with presentation of a receipt. All meals provided.
