Job Title: Enterprise Transformation Project Manager

At TechPride, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Transformation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading project management, business operations, and stakeholder engagement planning and execution across our larger business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project support planning, integration, and execution of plans and associated tactics.
  • Develop project plans, including schedules, risk management plans, and communications plans.
  • Execute projects and coordinate stakeholders using Teams, SharePoint, Jira, or EPM applications.
  • Analyze C5I performance data to determine critical areas of improvement and root cause analysis.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, with experience supporting day-to-day project execution within the government sector.
  • Ability to execute projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis in Excel to identify data trends and critical findings associated with C5I incidents.
  • Ability to shape business development opportunities and guide potential clients towards corporate objectives.
  • Direct client management and interaction within the government sector, with multiple service leads/points-of-contact, operating against multiple strategic business objectives, in a complex, highly technical environment.
  • Experience and comfort level communicating in emails, by phone, in writing, and in person with senior executive leadership within the federal government.
  • Technical writing/editorial experience.
  • Fluency with project management tools and methodologies.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications desired but not required.
  • Public Trust and US Citizenship will be required.
