Job Title: Part-time Adjunct Instructor - Office Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Adjunct Instructor - Office Technology Specialist to join our team at Nicolet College. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in office technology courses, utilizing technology to enhance teaching and learning, and communicating effectively with students and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver performance-based, learning-centered instruction in accordance with the mission, vision, and philosophy of Nicolet College.
  • Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning, as well as other aspects of work.
  • Communicate regularly and provide consistent feedback to students about successful course completion.
  • Maintain accurate scholastic records of students and submit required reports according to published deadlines.
  • Meet and maintain Nicolet College Faculty Quality Assurance System requirements for adjunct faculty.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in subject being taught or a closely related field.
  • Two years (4,000 hours) of verified occupational work experience in the subject area, with one year (2,000 hours) within the past five years.
  • Recent teaching experience in post-secondary higher education may substitute for up to one year of the occupational experience requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in subject or related area.
  • Successful teaching experience in a post-secondary setting.
  • Experience working within learning management systems.
  • Experience with Test Out.
