Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Repairs and Maintenance
    • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical problems on a variety of vehicles, including gasoline and diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
    • Assist in the repair and maintenance of specialized equipment, such as snowplows and salt spreaders.
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with established safety procedures and protocols.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to corporate and OSHA standards.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry standards.
  • Required Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 5 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
    • CDL Group A Commercial Drivers License within 120 days of hire.
    • ASE Certified Diesel Mechanic or Automotive certification preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • DOT Air Brakes Inspector certification preferred.
    • CNG Tank Inspector certification within 120 days of hire.
    Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to variable temperatures, humidity, and noise levels. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment and operate power and pneumatic tools.
