About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Acquisition and Zoning Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition, ensuring compliance with leasing, zoning, and permitting policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project completion and site acquisition
  • Track vendor performance and ensure project trackers are updated
  • Manage project budgets and participate in deployment calls with vendors and project teams
  • Ensure all parties are aware of project status and conduct deployment calls
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with a proven track record of success
  • Investigation and research skills, with a focus on strategic thinking and planning
  • Collaborative team player with a real estate background, preferably in commercial leasing and acquisition
Desired Skills
  • Experience with wireless leasing or zoning
  • Data base management and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of ODAS and IDAS cell systems, as well as Samsung and Nokia cell equipment
