Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse, you will provide critical care to children and adolescents with life-threatening or high-acuity conditions that require constant monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill children and adolescents
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to determine the best course of patient care and recovery
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing patient needs and responding to emergencies
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri
  • Experience working in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
