Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet patients' needs.
  • Document patients' progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
