Plumbing Specialist

T.E. Spall & Son LLC, a trusted and respected HVAC & Plumbing company, is seeking an experienced Plumbing Specialist to undertake various plumbing tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of plumbing and piping systems, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, including benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems
• Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure
• Install and maintain water supply systems, locate and repair issues with water supply lines
• Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, domestic appliances, boilers, and fixtures
• Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems, waste disposal, and sanitary systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber (2 years required)
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment, good communication and interpersonal skills
