RTX is seeking a DevSecOps Product Owner to support the Command-and-Control Communications Collaboration Cybersecurity and Intelligence (C5I) product line and the Missile Defense Sensors (MDS) Software (SW) Department.
The ideal candidate will have experience in software build deployments, containerization methodologies, and Infrastructure as Code. They will also have a proven track record of leading an engineering team using Agile Scrum or Kanban framework.
The DevSecOps Product Owner will be responsible for managing the scrum team scope and agile backlog, providing technical guidance and peer reviews, and managing technical solutions along with cost and schedule.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience. They will also have an active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scrum team scope and agile backlog
- Provide technical guidance and peer reviews
- Manage technical solutions along with cost and schedule
- Develop software in a team-based development environment using Agile Scrum or Kanban framework
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in software build deployments, containerization methodologies, and Infrastructure as Code
- Proven track record of leading an engineering team using Agile Scrum or Kanban framework
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
