Position Overview:

The Director of Critical Care/Inpatient Nursing will be responsible for:
  • Leading the development and implementation of clinical and regulatory compliance initiatives
  • Managing budgetary and business planning processes
  • Evaluating departmental performance and outcomes

This role will oversee a team of 80 FTEs and manage 60 beds across the Med/Surg, IMCU, and ICU departments.

Qualifications:
  • Proven supervisory or management experience in an inpatient hospital setting
  • Extensive critical care experience
  • BSN required; Master's degree preferred


Position includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
