We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Intermountain Healthcare. As a Geriatric Behavioral Health Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and address patients' psychological and physical needs
- Foster continuity and quality of care with the best interest and well-being of patients and their families in mind
- Assess patients' medical status upon admission and develop individualized treatment plans
- Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines
- Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs
- ASN/ADN from an accredited program with the ability to obtain BSN from an accredited program within four years of hire
- Current Colorado RN license
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain within sixty days of hire
- At least one year of nursing experience in a comparable setting
