We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician to join our team at Fairview Health Services.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients in a Same Day service setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating stable patients who require services that are more complex than those typically provided in a primary care clinic.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. They will also have a strong commitment to providing patient-centered care and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and treatment for stable patients who require services that are more complex than those typically provided in a primary care clinic.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Stay current with the latest medical research and advancements, and incorporate this knowledge into practice.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
- Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency training program.
- Licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
