Civil Grading Foreman

Job Summary

SunEnergy1 is seeking a highly skilled Civil Grading Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the grading and preparation of solar power plant sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspecting and maintaining heavy equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Maintaining accurate records of site progress and equipment maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, MSHA, FRA, and DOT regulations
• Overseeing and training construction crews
• Conducting site investigations and analyzing data to inform construction decisions
• Developing and implementing erosion control and storm water management plans
• Collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders to design and prepare regulatory documents

Requirements

• 5-10 years of professional experience in civil grading and heavy equipment operation
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle driving record
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders
