Job Title: Master Electrician - Cell Tower Installation

About the Role:
Concordia Group is seeking a skilled Master Electrician to join our team in the telecommunications industry. As a Master Electrician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing electrical equipment on cell phone towers, working closely with construction crews and project managers to meet deadlines. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems, ensuring that electrical installations meet client standards for quality and budgeted hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair electrical equipment on cell phone towers
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
  • Work closely with construction crews and project managers to meet deadlines
  • Be responsible for the electrical installation that meets client standards for the quality of work, with an emphasis on meeting the budgeted hours available
  • Be knowledgeable of all aspects of electrical construction materials and control equipment that make up the field installation part of a cell tower site
  • Interprets drawings, sketches, software, plans and determines best work procedures, tools, equipment needed to troubleshoot and repair problems
  • Inspects cell tower sites for compliance with plans and specifications, point out deficiencies, coach and take corrective action as needed
  • Provides training, direction, and mentorship to our electrical apprentice/construction crews
  • Promote safety on the jobsite in connection with the installation and service work
  • Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Have an electrical license in Wisconsin (licensing in other states is a plus)
  • Ability to pull permits with license
  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to work in a team environment with construction crews, project managers, and foreman's
  • Work in all weather conditions
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Attention to details
