Assembly Specialist

MIDLAKE PRODUCTS is seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling various components into a final product according to specifications and blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble metal components into finished products based on detailed blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or issues to the production manager.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly or equivalent experience in construction.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques.
- Ability to perform precise and accurate work with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing environment.
