Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport materials and equipment to job sites in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including backhoes, skid steers, trenchers, and mini excavators, as needed to support project requirements.
  • Assist with the installation of cathodic protection ground beds, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Perform pre and post-trip inspections on equipment to ensure safe operation and minimize downtime.
  • Complete other tasks and special projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • One year of related experience in heavy equipment operation, transportation, or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to take all necessary measures to protect company assets from cyber-attack, damage, or unauthorized access.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with airbrake and tanker endorsement, with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform extensive physical labor, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Extensive travel required (100%), with frequent overnight stays.
  • Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
Compensation and Benefits:

Starting salary: $30.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
