We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Maternal Child/Post Partum Registered Nurse to join our team at Matrix Providers. As a Maternal Child/Post Partum Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to postpartum mothers and neonates, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for their recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive professional nursing care to postpartum mothers and neonates, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in patient education, including providing information on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and respect among colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • One year experience in the required specialty is preferred.
  • Graduate from a college or university accredited by National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) from a professional nursing program at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
