Job Overview

Carter's, a leading North American apparel retailer, is seeking an experienced Logistics Associate to join our team. This role involves loading and unloading trailers, sorting and stacking cases on pallets, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading trailers, sort and stack cases on pallets
  • Shrink wrapping pallets
  • Working quickly and accurately in a production environment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend and interpret documents in English
  • Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors
  • Able to accurately count and perform basic math operations
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
Physical Demands

This role requires standing throughout the shift, using hands to handle and move cases, reaching to move items, and lifting up to 40 pounds without strain. Adjusting focus to read small font on screens within 20 inches or less is also required.

Compensation and Benefits
