Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Powertrain Systems Engineer to join our team at G-TECH Services. As a Powertrain Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and releasing powertrain components for future Performance vehicles. This role requires a minimum of 6 years' experience with an intimate understanding of powertrain design, release, and systems engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and release powertrain components for future Performance vehicles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure parts comply with required specifications
Provide in-person support for testing, prototype builds, and launch builds of upcoming Performance vehicles
Interface with suppliers and management to ensure efficient decision-making
Deliver powertrain systems engineering and components that meet program targets for quality, function, cost, weight, and timing

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in Powertrain component Design and Release
Excellent written and oral presentation skills
Experience with powertrain systems engineer, including function, validation, problem solving, etc.
Competency in PD systems and processes: WERS, FEDEBOM, FEDEDVP, GPDS, AIMS, Teamcenter, CATIA, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with program management tool Microsoft Project to develop Gantt Charts for program timeline, DV-PV, milestones, and deliverables
Preferred experience with Diagnostic Engineering Tools/PT Diag using MyCanic FD, CANAlyzer, ATI Vision, etc. to evaluate and analyze vehicle software issues

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering
Engineering master's in automotive systems or equivalent preferred
