Xplor Counseling, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavioral Clinician or Therapist to join our team in Honolulu, HI.

As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

We're connecting care to create a seamless health journey for patients across care settings. You will have opportunities to participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students, screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders, and provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods.

You'll also have the opportunity to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures and maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

This role requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field, as well as a clear, active and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in the state of practice.

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
