Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients and visitors. You will be responsible for:
  • Greeting patients and visitors, verifying appointments, and ensuring proper check-in at the hospital entrance.
  • Issuing wristbands to patients and visitors as part of our security protocols.
  • Providing clear and accurate directions to patients and visitors navigating the hospital.
  • Informing patients and visitors about hospital visitation policies, patient rights, and other key information.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with administrative tasks such as check-in, data entry, and scheduling.
