We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automation and Controls Co-op to join our team at Entegris. As a Co-op, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced engineers and contribute to the development and implementation of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in troubleshooting production plant-floor equipment and develop effective solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on new capital equipment.
  • Program factory automation components, including Programmable Logic Controllers, Human Machine Interfaces, Servos, and field instrumentation.
Requirements:
  • Possess a strong passion for hands-on work and a desire to understand how things are made and how machines work.
  • Exhibit analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Display good interpersonal skills and clear and effective communication skills.
  • Have basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Be proficient in computer/networking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in cleanroom environments.
  • Previous experience with PLCs/motors/HMIs.
  • Previous experience with scripting.
