We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Powell 5 Neuro Surgical/Trauma unit. As a Patient Care Technician, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care and treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Perform activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection, and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN.
- Lift, move, position, and transport patients as needed.
- Meet department work schedule requirements.
- Initiate quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Must be 16 years old or older.
- Minimum of 75 hour Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
- Indicate CNA certification on application (75 hour, 120 hour, or 150 hour).
