Retail Sales Associate

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles
- Support and maintain a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
- Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and count change back to customers according to established procedures
- Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers
- Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day
- Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
- Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred

This position has a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
