Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review Agile stories using an Agile SCRUM approach.
  • Execute business process improvements, gather requirements from decision-makers, and ensure quality assurance testing best practices.
  • Document requirements and traceability in tools like Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Represent business process problems and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Use ALM and/or ADO to demonstrate innovations and improvisations to business stakeholders.
  • Course correct, re-prioritize, and elicit new information based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with development teams and clients to extract insights and build a better understanding.
  • Produce business-critical requirements through observation and trial and error methods.
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
  • Serve as a conduit between the customer community and the software development team.
  • Develop requirements specifications using natural language.
  • Make recommendations on products and features that support a positive, secure, and efficient customer experience.
  • Work with team members to outline roadmaps and communicate them to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with business case planning, monitoring, and translating requirements to drive design and review of test cases and process change requests.
  • Support project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with developers, Subject Matter Experts, and users to refine and deliver requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant technical or business work experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Rapid prototyping business flows.
  • Minimum of five years of documenting requirements/traceability experience using a holistic requirements management tool.
  • Minimum of five years of system documentation experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a Senior Digital Business Analyst, project management, or similar role.
  • Understanding of the problem space from a business perspective.
  • Proven computer skills in Microsoft suite, including Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to lead, direct, and manage.
  • Strong oral, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analysis and documentation skills for creating End-to-End business scenarios.
  • Strong analytical and industry-relevant product management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
  • Strong knowledge of web applications, client-server applications, legacy applications, and database concepts.
  • Strong project management skills, including conceptualization, analysis, driving alignment, planning resources, and managing milestones.
  • Agile/SCRUM experience in Story/Acceptance criteria development.
  • Knowledge of interdependencies of key business processes, functions, and risks.
  • Experience with ADO to plan and organize tasks, workflows, and reports for Agile Team members.
  • Extensive knowledge of the business domain, processes, and flow of projects.
  • Deep technical knowledge and understanding of business requirements.
