Essential Qualifications for SkillBridge Program:

  • Current Active-Duty Service Member
  • Complies with DoD SkillBridge criteria
  • Available for a 90-day program duration
  • Secured approval from your unit commander (04 or above)

Program Highlights:

  • 7/7 work schedule at most locations
  • 24-hour on-site housing provided at most locations

Post-Program Employment Opportunities:

  • Competitive salary range: $91,167.60 to $100,284.36
  • Sign-on bonus of $15,000 and a $40,000 retention bonus after 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures adherence to operational regulations and manuals
  • Safely pilots company aircraft
  • Monitors meteorological conditions
  • Conducts thorough preflight inspections

Qualifications for PC-12:

  • Flight hours requirement: 2,500 total, 2,000 fixed wing, 1,000 PIC, 500 cross country, 100 night, 75 instrument
  • Required credentials: C-ASEL, ATP within 5 years, FAA medical certificate, valid driver's license, high school diploma

Qualifications for KING AIR C90/B200:

  • Flight hours requirement: 2,500 total, 2,000 fixed wing, 1,000 PIC, 500 cross country, 500 multi-engine, 100 night, 75 instrument
  • Required credentials: C-AMEL, ATP within 5 years, FAA medical certificate, valid driver's license, high school diploma

Qualifications for LEAR 45:

  • Experience requirements: 4,000 fixed wing, 1,000 turbine, 500 Crew Environment, EMS Flight Experience preferred
  • Required credentials: ATP-ME, ATP within 5 years, FAA First Class Medical, valid driver's license, high school diploma
