  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing meat department.
  • Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Preparing and presenting meat products for display and sale, including cutting, trimming, boning, and grinding meat as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Working effectively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
