Job Summary:

Jacksons Restaurant + Bar, a premier dining establishment located adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Southpointe, is seeking a skilled Bartender to join their team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services in the bar area, ensuring a memorable experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mixology: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests at the bar and in the restaurant, adhering to company specifications and standards.
• Guest Services: Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, helping them navigate our menu and making recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring a seamless and efficient service for our guests.
• Alcohol Service: Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages, prioritizing responsible serving practices and guest safety.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
