Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team at Anerrows LLC. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in drywall, framing, painting, and plumbing, with additional skillsets prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect work orders from the vendor manager in a timely manner
Travel to job sites on schedule
Communicate effectively with facility clients and the office vendor manager to ensure alignment
Perform drywall installation and repair
Carry out framing installation and repair
Complete painting tasks, including surface preparation, painting, and finishing
Handle plumbing tasks, including pipe installation and repair
Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and report them to the office vendor manager, along with an accurate quote for budget estimation
Develop and implement maintenance plans on schedule
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Relevant certifications (preferred and prioritized)
Willingness to travel up to 50 miles
Proven experience as a Handyman
Proficiency in drywall, framing, painting, and plumbing
Additional skills will be prioritized
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:
$20 - $60 per hour (depending on experience and expertise)
