The HR Generalist will be responsible for delivering Human Resources and Payroll assistance to clients, facilitating the creation, posting, and management of HR actions within Workday or similar systems.

Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and preparing HR documentation for review and processing.

For those with extensive HR experience, additional responsibilities will encompass providing guidance on university, state, and federal regulations, laws, and requirements related to Human Resources and Payroll.

Collaboration with Central HR to refine policies and processes, as well as offering training, mentorship, and leadership, will enable you to leverage your expertise effectively.

Continuous professional development in HR laws, regulations, and guidelines will be emphasized, ensuring that you have access to the right growth opportunities to advance your career.

Qualifications:


We are looking for HR Generalists at all levels; however, our immediate focus is on filling HR Generalist II, III, and IV positions.

Minimum qualifications for an HR Generalist II include a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with one year of relevant HR Generalist experience.

For an HR Generalist III:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, plus three years of relevant HR Generalist experience.

For an HR Generalist IV, the requirement is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, along with five years of relevant HR Generalist experience.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field, along with substantial experience as a Human Resources Generalist and familiarity with Workday or related Human Capital Management (HCM) applications.
