Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, ProCare Therapy offers various benefits, including W2 opportunities, customizable compensation and benefit plans, and a 401(k) with company matching. For positions requiring 30 hours of work per week or more, benefits such as weekly pay, travel stipends, and per diem payments are also available.

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Speech Language Pathologist with ProCare Therapy, your primary duties will include conducting evaluations and providing general speech services to students in grades K-12. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans to support students' communication needs. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must hold a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and be a licensed SLP in the state of Massachusetts. A minimum of one year of experience in speech therapy is also required.
