Position Overview

Norco, Inc. is in search of a dedicated individual to take on the role of Warehouse Freight Handler.

The Warehouse Freight Handler plays a crucial role in managing the flow of goods within our distribution center, ensuring that products are efficiently pulled from inventory and dispatched to various branches and customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensated at $19.00 per hour
  • Accurately pick, palletize, wrap, and ship freight for store and customer orders
  • Prepare and ship single or multiple packages using carriers such as UPS and FedEx
  • Receive and unload incoming freight shipments
  • Check-in and label all freight to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
  • Fulfill back orders and restock shelves and bin locations as needed
  • Adhere to deadlines and follow established fulfillment schedules
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues across various departments
  • Participate in regular Inventory Cycle Counts
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
