Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Wage: $23 - $28 (Based on Experience)
- Work Schedule: SWING SHIFT (2:30 PM - 1:00 AM) or DAY SHIFT (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding across various product lines, including Winch, Wagner, Long Reach, Dozer, Freeman, and Marine Crane, utilizing both manual and semi-automatic welding techniques.
- Accurately measure and fit metal components to comply with engineering specifications.
- Utilize grinders and saws to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts as per engineering drawings.
- Interpret welding blueprints and execute layout for welding and fitting tasks.
- Prepare weldments for integration into structural fabricated products.
- Conduct quality checks on metal components prior to assembly, ensuring adherence to dimensional and strength requirements.
- Maintain physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, sitting in awkward positions, and bending.
Qualifications:
- 60-70% experience in fitting
- Proficient in welding thick metals (mild/raw steel) with a minimum of 2 years of MIG welding experience
- Educational background in Welding Technology or equivalent hands-on training (Certification is advantageous but not mandatory)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols, along with strong mathematical skills
- Familiarity with various welding wire sizes
- Basic math skills are essential
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
- Knowledge of jib and overhead cranes is preferred
- Self-motivated with a willingness to work additional hours as needed
- Must successfully pass background checks and drug screenings
- Adherence to safety protocols and willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) is required
