Key Responsibilities:- Provide WIC certifications, including health history, anthropometrics, immunization screening, and hemoglobin or hematocrit testing.
- Conduct individual nutrition education counseling and follow-up for participants with low-risk medical conditions.
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate group nutrition education classes using facilitated learning and tele-nutrition processes.
- Document all nutrition education contacts according to WIC policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in home economics, home economics education, human ecology, family and child development, dietetics, or foods and nutrition.
- At least 2 years of relevant nutritional experience in a clinical, public health, or institutional setting.
