About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Government Contracting Expert to join our team at Next Phase Solutions and Services, Inc.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with government contracting and pipeline development, with a proven track record of winning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue new business opportunities in the Federal Civilian market.
  • Develop and execute account and sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Leverage customer experience and relationships with agencies and industry partners.
  • Maximize current contract vehicles and identify new ones to support strategy.
  • Analyze market opportunities and recommend investments.
  • Develop business development strategies that align with target agencies.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to pursue opportunities and ensure successful opportunity lifecycle.
  • Present strategic deals and pipelines to executive leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience pursuing new business and writing winning proposals for FDA.
  • Extensive experience with government contracting and pipeline development.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage multi-agency, multi-year pipelines.
  • Strategic mindset with effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience cultivating and managing pipelines, forecasting, and closing deals.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $100,000 - $140,000 per year salary based on experience.
