Position Overview:
We are seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to contribute to our mission of creating joy and tranquility for our residents and their families. As a CNA, you will be an integral part of our team, working in a collaborative environment that values teamwork, respect, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents on a daily basis, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist with daily activities, including light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
- Support residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in resident rooms, including changing linens and tidying personal items.
- Prepare residents for meals and assist with serving and feeding as needed.
- Potential cross-training opportunities in Assisted Living.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program and passing the state exam.
- Must be listed on the State's Health Nursing Assistant Registry.
