About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, utilizing advanced clinical skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with attending physicians, fellows, residents, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Manage all modes of mechanical ventilation, ECMO, and CRRT, as well as perform bone marrow transplants, demonstrating expertise in critical care nursing.
- Provide education and instruction to residents, nurses, students, and other healthcare professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Master's Degree in a Critical Care or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program, with a strong foundation in pediatric critical care.
- Minimum of one year CRNP experience, with three years of critical care experience as a staff nurse, showcasing a commitment to patient care and professional growth.
- Currently licensed to practice as a CRNP by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- National certification as an advanced practice nurse, demonstrating expertise in pediatric critical care.
