Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Resident Care Administrator to oversee the care services at our senior living community. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership, with experience in managing complex care services.

About the Role: As a Resident Care Administrator at Brookdale Senior Living, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This includes supervising licensed nurses and other direct care staff, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare providers. You will also play a key role in building relationships with residents and their families, and ensuring that they receive personalized support and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of licensed nurses and other direct care staff
  • Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Build relationships with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements: To be successful as a Resident Care Administrator at Brookdale Senior Living, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. A valid RN license is required, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $105,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
