About this role

The Branch Manager is responsible for driving business growth and profitability by building and executing strategic plans to acquire new clients, retain existing relationships, and optimize branch operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales metrics
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and retain existing relationships
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure branch performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or operations
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
