Telehealth RN - MS/Tele Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Telehealth RN - MS/Tele Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Advocates Network. As a Telehealth RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide telehealth services to patients with a focus on MS/Tele care
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Active MD/COMPACT State Registered Nurse License
  • ACLS, BLS certifications
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
  • Additional certifications may be required
