We are currently seeking a highly skilled Security Officer with a proven track record in luxury residential environments. As a recognized leader in the Residential Services sector, we operate numerous properties across New Jersey.
Position Overview:
Your primary role will be stationed in a security office, functioning as a dispatcher.
- Facilitate effective communication between security personnel and clients.
- Dispatch security officers or emergency responders to incident locations.
- Monitor CCTV systems to ensure safety and security.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents and activities.
Compensation: $18.00/hour
Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 3 PM - 11 PM
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid New Jersey SORA certification.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to manage a variety of serious responsibilities effectively.
- Must successfully pass comprehensive background checks.
- Clean criminal record and driving history are required.
- Exhibit a positive and friendly demeanor, capable of engaging with residents and guests.
- Dedication to securing the venue by screening individuals entering the premises.
- Ability to respond promptly to emergency situations.
- Must be knowledgeable about the local area and wear a complete uniform.
