We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac & Thoracic Surgeon to join our esteemed hospital-employed Multispecialty group in Kentucky. This is an exceptional opportunity for a board-certified physician to thrive in a brand new $500 million dollar facility, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
About the OpportunityThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $800,000 per year, plus annual incentive bonus potential (RVU). The successful candidate will enjoy a sign-on bonus of $60,000, comprehensive benefits, and six weeks of paid vacation. Our hospital offers a fully-integrated Epic electronic medical records system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
About the PracticeOur state-of-the-art facility features a dedicated Heart OR, four open-heart teams, and a high-volume Cath lab with over 2,400 diagnostic caths and 850 PCIs annually. We have a team of specialized nurses in ICU, CCU, progressive care, and OR, providing optimal patient care. Our practice is supported by 14 cardiologists and a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
